The Meal Sultan Like; Hünkar Beğendi

1.5 tablespoon flour
1.5 glass of water milk
2 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
500 gr meat cubes

2 tablespoon of butter

Making of Hünkar Beğendi Recipe:
Put the meat in the pot and roast until the meat boil down. Then add butter, small cut onions. Roast for 3 more minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Cook until the meats soften, by adding the grated tomatoes, thyme, hot water and the salt.Grill the aubergines on the embers.
After peeling, keep in 5 minutes in lemon water. Drain the water thoroughly. Mince with a sharp knife.Melt the butter in a pan. Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour. Roast until it yellow. Add cold milk by mixing constantly. When the mixture thickens, take it from the fire. Add minced eggplants, salt and grated cheese. Mix quickly and take it to the platter. Put the meat on and serve.
